Notes: Legs of fryers need to be cleaned of heavy grease accumulation. Floor drain needs to be cleaned more regularly. Door of walk-in freezer had pink slime mold accumulation. Sev-eral flies present upon inspection. Repair vent in walk-in freezer.
General comments: Bulb being replaced over flyer, Good food temperatures.

Notes: Chili temp. @ 135 degrees F. Keep empty pans in steam will to conserve heat and maintain temp of chili product at 140 F or above. All cup dispensers dirty. Reach-in for prepared salads needs wiping out regularly; napkin dis-penser and customer service area in dining room need daily detailed cleaning. Toilet paper dispensers need replacing in ladies’ and men’s restrooms; particle board dividers deteriorating in ladies’ room. Trash in restrooms needs emp-tying after lunch rush. Boxes on floor in closet in dining room - consolidate items and possibly get additional shelving.
General comments: Overall improvement noted since last inspection.
