General comments: Good food temperatures. Good hot water temperatures; 140 F.

Clean shelving over 3 vat sink. Do not store misc. items over sink-only items used for kitchen area. Wipe down all shelving of dust. Clean interior of cappuccino machine. Clean exterior of drink machine of drink splash. Gaskets in cooler are splitting and need replacing. Bathrooms need repair - sinks and toilets are grimed and stained. Floor baseboards are missing. Floor in ice machine area, under 3 vat sink and in kitchen area need cleaning.
General comments: Hot water 130F and sanitizer chlorine 100ppm.

General comments: Always refrigerate phf before placing in customer cold holding display (i.e. chicken salad). Can wash drain blocked and dirty water standing.

Trash on ground around dumpsters - cardboard dumpster lid open and being used for putresible garbage. Floors in dishwashing/food prep need additional deep cleaning/sealant. Bulb out in hood, shields need cleaning of grease or replaced.
General comments: Hood system has been commercially cleaned. Replace bleach water solution every 2 hrs. or when soiled. Lids on soft serve ice cream machine obtained. Floors in serving/prep area have been pressure washed and sealed.

Reach in refrigeration units need cleaning of food debris in the bottom. Some shelving in walk-ins is dusty and or rusty. Hood filters need dusting as well as hood over dish machine. Caddies used to store drink lids and forks need to be cleaned of crumbs. Repair seat on proofer. Wall needs repair at dish machine area. Floors need sweeping under equipment.
General comments: Great improvements in cooler and bathrooms.

Cutting boards are stained need to be cleaned/resurfaced/replaced Containers with chips and tortillas dirty. Toaster dirty. Dirty dishes chat had gone through dishwashing process were stored dirty. Reach in refrigera-tors, freezers need cleaning. Sides of fryers and grill need cleaning. Shelves need cleaning. Top of dishwasher needs cleaning. Dumpster doors open. Trash around dumpsters. Floors under grill need cleaning. Floor in bar area under sink and ice bin need cleaning. Ceiling light needs shield in dry storage area. Vents in bathroom and kitchen need cleaning.
General comments: Sanitizer OK Hot water OK No food prep during inspection. No kitchen manager employed at time of inspection. Need to have someone with good knowledge of safe food handling practices to be responsible for kitchen.
