Notes: Reach in commercial refrigerator across from cook line not maintaining 45F; chicken and steak holding at 53-55 F. Maintain all cold foods at 45 F or below. Domestic freezer used in kitchen; working at time of inspection. Heat lamps not NSF approved. Hot water at 80 F at time of inspection; maintain hot water temperature of at least 130 F. This was being repaired at time of inspection. Manager will call me when complete.
General comments: Ceiling tile in men’s room and bond light has been repaired. Good sani-tizer strength. Food temperatures on bar good.

Use food grade plastic to package meat and other food products for freezer (no plastic shopping bags). Increase lighting in restrooms. Remove toys from kitchen - no domestic use allowed.
General comments: Good food temps. Keep eggs stored under ready to eat products. Keep bleach water bucket labeled.
