General comments: Hot water OK Sanitizer OK. Food temps Good. Splash from hand wash sink landing on bag of sugar.

Notes: Tortilla product © 124 degrees F. on flat top roller. Deflector plate inside ice machine must be cleaned regularly. Gaskets on reach-in unit at hot dog display need replacing. Com-mode fixture in men’s restroom needs detailed cleaning at pedestal. Dumpster doors open. Mops, brooms should be hung above floor.
General comments: Keep hose bib out of can wash basin due to risk of back siphonage. Calibrate probe thermometer to check food temps.

Notes: Keep bags of sugar tightly closed or in closeable container. Counter top under beverage center in dining room dirty. Clean under beverage station at drive-thru (determine if all hoses etc. are active to allow more space for cleaning. Wooden section at ice bin @ drive-thru window needs replacing. Can wash wall surfaces very moldy - keep water turned off when not in use. Roach observed under deep fryer to L end of cook line. Exterminator has been coming regularly. Chicken walk-in walls need replacing due to corrosion. More floor pout needed under equipment to R end of cook line. Dust pans need regular cleaning to eliminate food debris build-up.
General comments: Very good temps. Utensils clean. Dumpster pad does not drain properly - standing water present.
