Employee beverages must be used with cup/lid/straw and stored away from prep surfaces. Thoroughly clean beer box and keep bucket under tea beverage drain to contain overflow (unit to be replaced). Bulb shields needed for hood lights over cook area
General comments: Good dishwasher opera-tion good cold food storage and thawing method.

General comments: Good improvements: 3-vat sink being used properly, light bulbs have been replaced with shatterproof bulbs, good food temperatures.
