Recommend using tongs for cooked hot dogs instead of hand contact (exchange every few hours). Good handwashing pratices observed.

Hot water-131F, bleach sanitizer OK. Do not store cleaning cutting board behind 3-vat faucet. All chemicals at 3-vat sink must be stored above dirty side of sink. Good handwashing pratices observed--good use of single use gloves. Overall facility very clean & organized.
