Chapel Hill, NC - The Northwood Chargers rallied late with five minutes remaining off a Max Middleton Corner kick to a charging Joey Suprick who placed a driving header in the right corner to tie Western Alamance 1-1. The tournament game was played at Culbreth Middle School.

Northwood missed a penalty kick attempt at the 60 minute mark. Daniel Burwell and Chase Golden were once again stellar in the net. The defense of Blake Svendsen, Nate Holst, AJ Wyatt, Daniel Barker and Jeff Forbes was solid once again as well.

Northwood returns home on Tuesday evening to host Jordan-Matthews at 6pm
