Winston-Salem, NC - Wake Forest University will embark on its second week of preseason camp with an evening practice on Saturday, August 9. The Demon Deacons will work out at 7:00 pm Saturday at the Doc Martin Football Practice Complex.
On Sunday head coach Dave Clawson will put the Deacons through their first scrimmage of camp at 5:00 pm at BB&T Field.
With the end of summer classes, the Deacons will adopt a more traditional camp schedule. The team will have a brief walk-through on Monday, August 11, and practice at 1 pm on Wednesday, August. 13.
Two-a-days are scheduled on Tuesday, August 12 and Thursday, August 15 with practices at 7:45 am and 7:00 pm.
On Friday, the Deacons will have a single practice at 4 pm and also a single practice on Saturday, August 16 at 2 pm.
Wake Forest opens the 2014 season at ULM on Thursday, August 28.
