Chapel Hill, NC - Kickoff time for North Carolina's final home football game on Saturday, Nov. 24, has been set for 3:30 p.m. A decision on whether or not to televise the game will be made by the Atlantic Coast Conference office on Monday, Nov. 19. Regardless of television, the game will be played at 3:30 p.m.
