Former Tar Heels and NBA stars honor four student-athletes at their high school alma maters.

Former University of North Carolina men's basketball players Antawn Jamison and Jerry Stackhouse have continued an annual tradition by awarding college scholarships to four student-athletes at their former North Carolina high schools.

Jamison, now with the Washington Wizards, and Stackhouse, of the Dallas Mavericks, both have been recognized by the NBA in recent years for their continued charity and outreach efforts.

The third annual Antawn C. Jamison Scholarship was awarded on Monday May 23rd to Brendan Brokaw and Allison Mashburn.

The fourth annual George and Minnie Stackhouse Scholarship was awarded to J'Mell Walters and Gabriell Taylor at Kinston High School.
