2015 March Madness schedule for the Sweet 16[Mar. 26, 2015]
March Madness continues Thursday and Friday with the Sweet 16 playing in 8 games. The Triangle has three ACC teams playing over the next two days. UNC (seeded #4) will play Wisconson (seeded #1) in Los Angeles at 7:27 pm EDT. On Friday, No. 1 Duke will face #5 Utah in Houston around 9:30 pm EDT. No. 8 N.C. State goes up against No. 4 Louisville in Syracuse, starting at 7:27 pm EDT.

2015 ACC Basketball Tournament schedule of events and initiatives[Mar. 10, 2015]
The 2015 ACC Basketball Tournament will be played March 10-14 in the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. The tournament will begin on Tuesday and will conclude with a primetime championship game on Saturday. All 13 games will be nationally televised by ESPN and the ACC Network.
2015 NCHSAA State Basketball Championship schedule[Mar. 9, 2015]
Here is the schedule for the 2015 NCHSAA basketball championships taking place on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Class 2A and 4 A games will take place at the Dean E. Smith Center. Class 1A and 3A games will take place at Carmichael Arena. This year's championships mark the 101st annual men's NCHSAA basketball championships and the 44th annual women's NCHSAA basketball championships.
Arrive early for Hoops and Hops FanFest before NCAA games at PNC Arena[Mar. 20, 2014]
College basketball fans will have the ultimate tailgating atmosphere outside of PNC Arena this weekend with the Hoops and Hops FanFest. This free festival will be held Friday and Sunday when the venue is hosting opening rounds of the NCAA men's basketball tournament. It will open two and a half hours prior to the start of each session and between sessions on Friday.
UNC vs Duke postgame notes[Feb. 20, 2014]
UNC's Marcus Paige scored all 13 of his points in the second half, including two big baskets in the final 2½ minutes, to help the Tar Heels beat the Blue Devils 74-66 on Thursday night for their eighth straight win.
NC State Wolfpack hosts Detroit Saturday Night in Reynolds Colesium[Dec. 13, 2013]
NC State men's basketball will take its four-game winning streak to Reynolds Coliseum Saturday night when it hosts Detroit at 6 p.m. The contest is the program's annual Heritage Game, presented by Hillsborough Street Merchants. Fans in attendance can receive coupons from local businesses located on Hillsborough Street.
‘Primetime with the Pack’ on Friday[Oct. 17, 2013]
With the NC State football team out of town for all but one weekend in October, Wolfpack fans eager to get a jumpstart on the men’s basketball season can get their fix this Friday at 7 p.m. at the annual “Primetime with the Pack: Operation Our State” at the PNC Arena.
Carrboro defeats Northwood to win conference championship[Feb. 23, 2013]
Carrboro held off host Northwood 63-55 for the Jaguars’ second straight Carolina 12 Tournament title. James Scott led the Jaguars with 15 points, while Marlin Johnson added 14 and Trai Sharp finished with 12. Aumad Walker scored a game-high 26 points, including four 3-pointers for the Chargers. Pinnix scored 11 points and had four assists. Elijah Washington had 10 points and eight rebounds.
Northwood's Lady Chargers win their second straight conference championship[Feb. 23, 2013]
Jasmine Atkins scored 18 points and Shontai Totten added 10 points as the Northwood girls defeated by Granville Central, 42-41. Northwood's girls basketball (22-4) added the tournament championship title to their regular-season crown. This is the second consecutive championship for the Lady Chargers. Friday night's game was a rematch of last year's conference championship.
College GameDay coming To Raleigh and Chapel Hill[Aug. 18, 2012]
Two Atlantic Coast Conference rivalry games will be featured as part of the ESPN “College GameDay” schedule during the 2012-2013 men’s basketball season. ESPN will be in Raleigh, N.C., on Saturday, Jan. 26, for the battle between North Carolina and host NC State. It will mark the Wolfpack’s first-ever time as a “GameDay” basketball host.
Three future NC State Wolfpack players named McDonald's All-Americans[Feb. 10, 2012]
All three of NC State's men's basketball signees for next season, Tyler Lewis, Rodney Purvis and T.J. Warren, were named to the prestigious McDonald's All-American team on Thursday. This marks only the third time in school history that more than one incoming Wolfpack player was named to the squad and the first time the Pack has ever boasted three. NC State was the only school with three selections this year.
