State in overtime, 85-80, Thursday in the first round of the 2007 ACC Tournament at the St. Pete Times Forum in front of 22,269 fans. With the loss, Duke snaps a six game win streak at the tournament and lost for just the second time in the last eight years.

2007 All-ACC Women's Basketball teams[Feb. 27, 2007] Voting results for the 2007 All-ACC women's basketball teams were announced Monday by the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association. The Carolina Tar Heels and the Duke Blue Devils had two players each on the 2007 All-ACC women's basketball first team. The Terrapins had one player make the team. Duke seniors Lindsey Harding and Alison Bales joined repeat first-teamers Ivory Latta and Erlana Larkins of North Carolina. Crystal Langhorne of defending national champion Maryland rounded out the top five.
No. 5 North Carolina beats No. 16 Duke, 79-73[Feb. 8, 2007] Duke received a career-high 26 points from freshman Jon Scheyer but it wasn't enough as the 16th-ranked Blue Devils fell to fifth-ranked North Carolina, 79-73, on Wednesday night at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
