* Our revenue neutral point from the new revaluation came in at 55.7 cents. We aren't finished yet, but we have identified 4 cents in capital improvements, 1 cent water reserve and 1 cent public safety. Our current rate is 64.64 cents and 2005-06 proposals are at 61.7 cents. In our upcoming budget work sessions, WE WILL WORK HARD TO LOWER THAT!
