A big thank you to someone

Siler City, NC - I am not sure what is going on with me lately, but twice in the past month I have lost my wallet. Once, I drove off with my wallet on top of my car and today, left my purse and cell phone in the buggy after taking all my bags of groceries home.

Both times, someone was honest. Someone was thoughtful and returned all my items untouched and everything in place. The time I drove off with it on the car, a gentleman picked it off out of the middle of the road and gave it to my bank.

Today, someone took my purse out of the buggy and into Food Lion in Siler City and gave it to the manager. For both of these situations, I would like to say thank you to whomever took the time and effort to return my belongings. I love living in a town where you can still count on folks to do the right thing.

Thank you Chatham people!
