Individuals, civic organizations, churches, municipalities, citizen organizations, professional associations...EVERYBODY!

Representative Joe Hackney (D-Chatham Co.) and Representative Verla Insko (D-Orange Co.) have filed this revenue bill in the house:

HB 1062: Orange/Chatham County Transfer Taxes http://www.ncga.state.nc.us/Sessions/2005/Bills/House/HTML/H1062v0.html

Your support of this bill is imperative to ensure we (Chatham County) can provide the infrastructure and capital improvements required to accommodate our growth, insure our building industry remains healthy and keep our taxes down.

Write up your message of support and email it to all members of the General Assembly.
