Pittsboro, NC - My name is Lisa Evans. I currently am the manager at Snapfitness in Pittsboro, and recently was appointed The first official Chatham County Coordinator for Toys for Tots. The campaign is on its way and I hope it will be a good one, but I need your help. The only way this can be a successful campaign is to have community involvement.

My main goal as coordinator is to give a toy to as many needy children in Chatham County as possible. This is done by placing boxes all around the community to collect toys or monetary donations or by hosting a fundraiser.

Our first fundraiser is being hosted by Donna Bianco at Bella Donna Restaurant at 87 Thompson Street, Pittsboro The meal is a takeout spaghetti and meatball dinner, made from fresh pasta and locally raised beef, an organic salad, a roll and a canola, all for $10.00. Half of every meal,$5.00, will go to Toys for Tots. Please tell your family and friends and come out to support this worthwhile cause.

If anyone has any interest in donating something to the cause or any questions, please contact me at either 919-799-0723, Snapfitness 919-545-0095 or lguarriello@hotmail.com.

Thanks.
