Who's sponsoring the rally?

The question has arisen: who is sponsoring the rally on Tuesday, January 20 at 5:30 at the County Courthouse ?

The same individuals/groups who have been monitoring the Compact Community Ordinance; those residents & voters who have questioned the impact on Chatham from unrestricted developments. The same residents and citizens who worked so hard over the past seven plus years to bring forth a plan for growth in Chatham; a plan that would enable growth and development in OUR county without despoiling the quality and style of life that attracted many to Chatham in the first place.

Is it too late? Lets hope not. Consider this rally to be the first step to get back "OUR" county.....to bring it back in the hands of "The Voter" and not under the control of out of county special interests. All who want this to occur need to participate. We were suckered and snookered during the last Commissioners election. Let's bring Chatham back under the influence of those who live here.

It is time to start moving and the time is now !! Make your presence felt on Tuesday, January 20 at 5:30 p.m. at the County Courthouse; Rain or No Rain.

Bundle up & experience the warmth of citizens in action!
