Pittsboro, NC - A Pittsboro teen is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.
Sixteen-year-old Ryan Olive is facing charges of Second Degree Rape. Olive is accused of having nonconsensual sex with a 13-year old Pittsboro girl in a car in front of her house while her parents were out.
Olive was arrested on Friday night and jailed under an $80,000.00 secured bond. His court date is scheduled for Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on February 13.
