Siler City, NC - The Chatham County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit, Special Incident Response Team (SIRT) and ICE Team conducted a narcotics operation and search located at 2019 Staley-Snow Camp Road, Siler City; the residence of Eric Curl, 26. Officers recovered Cocaine, Methadone, Marijuana, Oxycodone and drug paraphernalia during the search and Johnson was arrested and charged with the following crimes:
1) Felonious Possession With Intent to Sell and Deliver Methadone
2) Felonious Possession With Intent to Sell and Deliver Oxycodone
3) Felonious Possession With Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana
4) Felonious Possession With Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine
5) Felonious Possession of Cocaine
6) Felonious Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substances
7) Possession of Marijuana
8) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
AMOUNT OF DRUGS SEIZED: 54 doses of Methadone, 18 doses of Oxycodone, and 16.8 grams of Cocaine, and 158 grams of Marijuana.
Curl was arrested without incident and was jailed under a $25,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on January 24.
