Pittsboro, NC -The Chatham County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council has announced expected state funding available to provide targeted juvenile justice services in the county for the upcoming fiscal year, starting July 1, 2009. The Council expects $151,099 in funding to be available through the N.C. Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (DJJDP).
The Council is requesting proposals to provide specified services in Chatham County. A 30% match in funding is required. The proposals are due March 27, 2009, no later than 5:00 pm.
