Chatham County, NC - The Chatham County Sheriff's Office arrested Milan Rowe Jr., 52, of 629 Bayles Road, Lillington on a felony cocaine charge Wednesday morning. The arrest was a result of an investigation into a cell phone call from a concerned citizen that a man was slumped over the wheel of a gray minivan on Hwy 42 near Corinth.

Deputy James Davis responded, as did Chatham County EMS. Rowe advised that he was fine and refused medical assistance but Deputy Davis found .3 grams of cocaine in the floorboard of the vehicle.

Rowe was arrested and charged with Felonious Possession of Cocaine and jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 5.
