Pittsboro, NC - Here's a summary of July 2007's felonious and serious arrests by the Chatham County Sheriff's department.

On July 1, Jose Moreno, 27, of 124 Highland Drive, Chapel Hill was arrested by Deputy Raymond Morgan for Failing to Appear in Court. He was jailed under a $150.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Orange County District Court in Hillsborough on July 19.

On July 1, Krystle Swain, 18, of 6161 Siler City Glendon Road, Siler City was arrested by Deputy Chris Brown for Assault. She was released under a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on July 10.

On July 1, Jose Neave, 27, of 124 Highland Drive, Chapel Hill was arrested by Deputy Philip Richard for Driving While Impaired and Driving While License Revoked. He was released under a custody release and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on August 15.

On July 2, William Foushee, 32, of 5565 Goldston Carbonton Road, Goldston was arrested by Deputy Rickard Bourke for a Child Support Violation. He was jailed under a $9993.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Lee County District Court in Sanford on July 6.

On July 2, Kenneth Rigsbee, 46, of 93 Red Coon Run, Pittsboro was arrested by Deputy Rickard Bourke for Possession of Marijuana, a Child Support Violation and Resist, Delay and Obstruction of an Officer. He was jailed under a $1,000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Durham County District Court in Durham on July 9.

On July 2, Claudia Sierra, 23, of 4793 Bent Ridge Road, Seagrove was arrested by Deputy Chris Fowler for Giving Fictitious Information to Officer, Resist, Delay and Obstruction of an Officer, Driving While License Revoked and Possession of a Fraudulent ID. She was jailed under a $1,500.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on July 10.

On July 4, Dawn Robinson, 32, of 2699 Ike Brooks Road, Siler City was arrested by Sergeant Bruce Coble for Assault. She was released under a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on July 17.

On July 5, Arthur Kottcamp II, 32, of 194 Post Office Road, Moncure was arrested by Deputy Cory Zeller for Failing to Appear in Court and Driving While License Revoked. He was jailed under a $500.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Johnston County District Court in Smithfield on August 20.

On July 5, Bradley Wilburn, 20, of 102 Hollow Way, Pittsboro was arrested by Deputy Kyle Smith for Failing to Appear in Court. He was released under a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Wake County District Court in Raleigh on August 14.

On July 5, Bradley Robinson, 28, of 2699 Ike Brooks Road, Siler City was arrested by Sergeant Bruce Coble for Assault on a Female. He was released under a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on July 17.

On July 6, Ronnie Alston, 44, of 8521 Old US 421 South, Goldston was arrested by Deputy Philip Richard for Failing to Appear in Court. He was jailed under a $500.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Lee County District Court in Sanford on July 19.

On July 7, Ronald Goodwin, 20, of 113 North Richardson Road, Siler City was arrested by Deputy Michael Garbarino for Assault Inflicting Serious Injury and Simple Assault. He was jailed under a $15,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on July 25.

On July 7, Richard Brown, 36, of 264 Joe Fox Road, Siler City was arrested by Deputy Brian Overman for Harassing Phone Calls, Communicating Threats and Probation Violation. He was jailed under a $700.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court in Carthage on July 23.

On July 9, Richard Anderson, 39, of 553 East Alston Road, Pittsboro was arrested by Deputy Mike Garbarino for Communicating Threats. He was jailed under a 48-hour lockup and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on August 1.

On July 9, Shaun Scotten, 29, of 117 Fletcher Siler Road, Siler City was arrested by Deputy Philip Richard for Communicating Threats. He was jailed under a 48-hour lockup and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on August 7.

On July 10, Jerry Headen, 42, of 260 Old Plank Road, Siler City was arrested by Deputy John Stauffer for Failing to Appear in Court. He was jailed under a $500.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Randolph County District Court in Asheboro on July 27.

On July 10, Claudia Motino, 23, of 292 Moon’s Chapel Road, Siler City was arrested by Sergeant Mike Bullis for Failing to Appear in Court. He was jailed under a $250.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on July 10.

On July 10, Tommy Mason, 34, of 1102 North Glenn Avenue, Siler City was arrested by Deputy Rickard Bourke for a Child Support Violation. He was jailed under a $5,000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on July 20.
