Pittsboro, NC - Here's a summary of June 2007's felonious and serious arrests by the Chatham County Sheriff's department.

On June 1, Danny Elkins, 41, of 1551 B Poe Road, Siler City was arrested by Sergeant Mike Bullis for a Violation of a Domestic Violence Order. He was jailed under a 48-hour lockup and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on July 14.

On June 1, Arnold Degraffenreidt, 42, of 123 Horton Road, Goldston was arrested by Deputy Chris Cooper for Speeding and Driving While License Revoked. He was jailed under a $500.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Lee County District Court in Sanford on July 12.

On June 1, Robin Berry, 37, of 1905 Rice Road, Sanford was arrested by Deputy Cory Zeller for Felonious Identity Theft. She was released under a $2,000.00 Unsecured Bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on June 27.

On June 1, Terry Wilson, 57, of 2340 Falls Creek Church Road, Bennett was arrested by Deputy Chris Brown for Failing to Appear in Court. He was released under a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court in Carthage on June 6.

On June 2, Eugene Edwards, 48, of 1541 Lystra Road, Chapel Hill was arrested by Deputy Cory Zeller for Failing to Appear in Court. He was jailed under a $1,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Durham County District Court in Durham on June 14.

On June 2, Jorge Jacinto, 31, of 95 Fontana Circle, Siler City was arrested by Deputy Dana Smith for Assault on a female and Resist, Delay and Obstruction of an Officer. He was jailed under a 48-hour lockup and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on July 10.

On June 3, Urias Vasquez, 23, of 380 West 11th Street, Siler City was arrested by Deputy Phillip Richard for Driving While Impaired and Driving With an Open Container of Alcohol. He was jailed under a $1,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on July 25.

On June 4, Michael Brower, 18, of 1056 May’s Chapel Road, Bear Creek was arrested by Deputy Herbie Stubbs for Disorderly Conduct on a School Bus. He was released under a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on June 27.

On June 4, Keith Bailey, 38, of 7838 Garrett Road, Liberty was arrested by Deputy Chris Burger for Felonious Obtaining Property by a False Pretenses and Felonious Uttering of a Forged Document. He was jailed under a $2,500.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on June 12.

On June 4, Joseph Foust, 31, of 3224 Foust Road, Staley was arrested by Corporal Brad Clewis for Felonious Obtaining Property by a False Pretenses and Felonious Uttering of a Forged Document. He was released under a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on June 12.

On June 4, Emily Culler, 29, of 612 Huske Street, Fayetteville was cited by the Chatham County Sheriff’s ICE Team for Possession of Marijuana, Speeding 76/55, Displaying Expired License Plates and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released on a Citation and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on July 5.

On June 5, Melody Hudson, 36, of 315 Hope Farm Road, Siler City was arrested by Deputy Rickard Bourke for a Child Support Violation. She was jailed under a $327.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on June 15.

On June 5, Nolan Wells, 22, of 526 Roads End Subdivision, Pittsboro was arrested by the Chatham County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and careless and reckless driving. He was released under a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on June 27.
