Chatham County, NC - Chatham County Deputies are looking for a man who robbed the ABC Store on Governors Drive in Northern Chatham County on Monday evening.
Witnesses stated that a man came into the store and demanded money from the register. He stated to the clerk that he had a gun and said that he didn’t want to shoot her.
The suspect is described as a Black male, in his 30’s, 5 ft. 5 inches tall and approximately 180 lbs. He was wearing a dark jacket and dark pants. He left the area and headed north towards Orange County in a dark blue Lincoln Continental or Town Car.
Anyone with information on this crime is asked to contact the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office at 919 542-2911.
