Bear Creek, NC - Chatham Habitat for Humanity is currently building two houses in the Bear Creek area, at 7307 US Highway Old 421 South. The organization is excited about the work that they are doing in this community and the families they are building warm and safe homes for.

We are looking for construction volunteers willing to commit to one or two days per week on a consistent basis. Our current construction work days are every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with one hour for lunch. You may choose one or more of these days, convenient to your schedule.

If you're looking for an opportunity to meet new friends and learn new skills, or if you would like to schedule a group to come out on Saturday mornings, please contact Mechelle Thompson at 919-542-0794 ext 228 to offer your volunteer services.
