Chatham County, NC - Toys For Tots distributed over 1800 toys to Chatham County children before Christmas!
The following Chatham County merchants hosted collection boxes: Carolina Brewery, Chatham Medical Specialists, Community One Bank, Dollar General Pittsboro and Siler City Stores, First Citizens Bank, Kerr Drug Store, Laurels of Chatham staff, RE/MAX Southern Advantage Pittsboro Office, State Employees Credit Union - Pittsboro and Siler City Branches, SunTrust - West Street and Hillsboro Street Branches, and Wal-Mart.
The toys were collected and delivered through the hard work and coordination of Chatham County Together!, Family Violence and Rape Crisis Center, the Salvation Army, as well as local churches, social services, police and fire departments, and 1st Sergeant Crafton of the United States Marine Corp.
A fond and heartfelt thank you goes out to each and every person that generously donated.
