Siler City Christmas parade will be held on December 1

Siler City, NC - The Chatham Chamber of Commerce will present the Siler City Christmas Parade on Thursday, December 1 at 7 pm in downtown Siler City. This year's parade theme will be "The Christmas Story."

To submit a parade entry, please contact the Chatham Chamber of Commerce at 742-3333 or via email at You can also obtain an entry fForm from the Chamber's website at All parade entries must be submitted to the Chamber office by November 28. If the Chamber office is closed when you arrive to drop off entry form, please place your entry form along with the $10 fee in an envelope and place it in the mailbox beside the Chamber office door.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three floats.

Join us in the courtyard on Chatham Avenue for an onstage performance of "Midst of Lions" before and after the parade. The annual tree lighting with Mayor Charles Johnson will be at 6:30 p.m. Santa will be visit with children in the courtyard following the parade.
