Dina Reynolds, former development director of the Chatham County Council on Aging, has been named executive director of the United Way of Chatham County.
Reynolds replaces former director Jody Minor, now director of the Mediation Network of North Carolina.
This year's campaign, "Twenty Years of Celebrating What Matters," will begin in the fall.
The organization is governed by Chatham County residents. Every year the United Way, through a large group of community volunteers and professionals, evaluates the needs of the community and directs contributions to the most critical areas.
