Chatham County charity rook tournament this weekend

Pittsboro, NC - Ebenezer United Methodist Church will host the First Annual Chatham County Charity Rook Tournament On Friday, January 13 and Saturday January 14.

The first round will be played on Friday night beginning at 7 pm. The tournament will continue and be played to its conclusion on Saturday beginning at 9 am, with a lunch break around 1 pm. An entry fee of $15 includes drinks and snacks during play. Winners of the tournament will receive gift cards, and the remainder of funds after expenses will be given to a Chatham County charity to be named by the winners.

The format for the tournament will be best two out of three, two brackets, double elimination. We encourage pre-registration.

Ebenezer United Methodist Church is located at 724 Beaver Creek Road. (From Hwy 64, turn south at the Wilsonville traffic light and go ¾ mile. The church is on the right.)
