Siler City, NC - Are you interested in taking control of your arthritis with exercise? The Chatham County Council on Aging seeks residents interested in the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, an eight-week program to help control arthritis symptoms.
The free program will be offered at the Western Chatham Senior Center at 112 Village Lake Road in Siler City. It begins Tuesday, January 22, 1-3 pm and will continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays for eight weeks.
