Pittsboro, NC - CORA invites the public to the 5th Annual Chatham Empty Bowls Fundraiser on Sunday, April 27 at the historic Chatham Mills Conference Center on 15/501 north of the County Courthouse. The event features beautiful local pottery, a light supper of delicious soup and bread from local restaurants and bakeries, live entertainment, light hors d'oeuvres, a variety of desserts and a cash wine and draft beer bar. Your participation helps CORA Food Pantry feed hungry residents from all over Chatham County.
The Local Pottery is the highlight of the event. The ticket for "The Works" includes a locally handcrafted bowl of the buyer's choice to treasure and use at home.

When: Sunday, April 27, 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Where: Chatham Mills Conference Center, 480 Hillsborough Street (adjacent to Chatham Marketplace)
Tickets: $30 in advance, $35 at the door for "The Works" (Handcrafted Bowl, 2 Servings of Soup, all other food and beverage)
Food and Beverage only is $15 per person at the door
Soup Refills and Kids 12 and under $5
Cash Wine and Draft Beer Bar provided by Chatham Marketplace
Seating is limited. Advance tickets for "The Works" will be available NOW on line at www.corafoodpantry.org
All ticket proceeds go to CORA Food Pantry, which provides a week's worth of food for individuals and families in crisis in Chatham County. CORA now serves more than 500 families a month and expects to serve 21,000 individuals this year - 22% more than last year.
