Human service transportation

The Chatham Transit Network, or CTN, provides Chatham county residents with daily subscription route non-emergency medical transportation to Chatham county human service agencies. Medical transportation can also be provided to cities such as Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Winston-Salem and Greenville.

In addition, transportation is provided for Work First transitional/employment program participants as well as rural general public residents. The rural general public fare for adults on a one-way passenger trip is $1.00 in-county and $2.50 out-of-county. For people who are either disabled, under age 13 or over age 59, the fare is $.50 per one-way trip.

Hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. For more information, please contact:
