Pittsboro, NC - During the next few months, Chatham County will begin work on revamping its website to make it more user-friendly for community members and to improve its overall appearance and design. Chatham County invites citizens to participate in a 90-minute work session on Thursday, July 27, 6-7:30 pm to provide input on the organization, design and content of an “ideal” website so that it better meets citizen needs.

The county will provide light refreshments at the work session. The meeting will be in the County’s Dunlap Building Classroom at 80A East Street in Pittsboro. Participants can come in the right door entrance, which is the Planning Department and Central Permitting, not the left door (Health Dept.).

PLEASE RSVP: Because the county have limited space and food, please contact the county by Thursday, July 20 at 5 pm if you will be attending. You can email Debra Henzey at or call 542-8258.

If you cannot attend the meeting, Chatham county will be developing a follow-up survey. If you want to complete the survey, please check the website at a later date or let Debra Henzey know by e-mailing her at the address above.
