Pittsboro, NC - The Chatham County Board of Commissioners will meet on Monday, December 6 at the Chatham Community library in Pittsboro, NC at 6 p.m.

1. Pledge of Allegiance

2. Invocation by Pastor Chris Gambos

3, Call to Order: Jep Rose, County Attorney, presiding

4. Oaths of Office administered by Judge Allen Baddour to Chatham County Commissioners Brian Bock, Walter Petty, and Pamela Stewart

5. Prayer by Reverend Scott Walker

6. Organization of the Board

Election of Chair and Vice Chair

7. Comments from the new Board Members

8. Public Input Session Public Input Session is held to give citizens an opportunity to speak on any item, which does not appear on the day’s Agenda. The session is no more than twenty minutes long and speakers are limited to no more than three minutes each. Speakers are required to sign up in advance. Individuals who wish to speak but cannot because of time constraints will be carried to the next meeting and given priority. We apologize for the tight time restrictions. They are necessary to ensure that we complete our business. If you have insufficient time to finish your presentation, we welcome your comments in writing.
