Pittsboro, NC - Students at North Chatham School enjoyed the first day of using their new cafeteria addition on Thursday, January 8.
Sixth graders were the first group to use the new area of the lunchroom. Seventh and eighth graders followed. Assistant principal Tamara Moore noted that, once the temporary wall was removed, the students could see the new area and could barely wait to eat there.
The new tables will alleviate overcrowding in the original space.
