Monday, February 7
Virgil Chadwick, Planning Your Retirement.
This course is part of CCCC's Creative Retirement program and is designed for retirees and those within one year of retirement to learn how to achieve a stable, steady income that can help you live the kind of retirement lifestyle you desire. For your convenience this class will be held at two different times: 1-3:00 pm; 6:30-8:30 pm. Class is free.

Wednesday, February 9-April 27
Patty Strother, Tai Chi for Health.
Patty will once again lead this popular class and teach the correct form and sequence of beginner and intermediate level Sun Style Tai Chi movements. 6:30-7:45 pm. Cost: $60.

Monday, February 21
Virgil Chadick, Estate Planning.
This course is part of CCCC''s Creative Retirement Program and is designed to help people better understand the basics of estate planning so they can choose the options that make most sense for the specific situations. For your convenience this class will be held at two different times: 1-3:00 pm; 6:30-8:30. Class is free.

Tuesday, February 22-April 19.
Beginning Guitar.
We are happy to announce that well known musician John Westmoreland will lead this class designed for beginning students. Student will learn the anatomy of the guitar, to tune, to read tablature and chord charts; IV V chord progressions. Students will also start to build a repertoire. 6:30-8:30 pm. Cost: $110.

Creative Writing Classes.

Tuesday, February 8-March 15
Thomas Dow, Poetry Workshop: Energizing Your Short Poem.
Students will learn to develop individual writing skills including voice, editing, critique and freshness as reflected in current narrative poetry. 6-9 pm. Cost: $120.

Saturday, February 12
Marjorie Hudson will lead this one day workshop, Strategies for the Writing Life: Part I.
Writers will learn to creative a strategy for achieving their goals; create a support system for their writing life; communicate with family about their needs; strategize about problem solving; and handle the business side of the writing life. Writers also learn to focus on the joys of creative work as a form of sustenance for their lives. 10-4:30. $65.

Saturday, February 19
John Bemis, Unlock Your Imagination: Writing Wildly Creative Stories.
This workshop is designed to teach writers exercises that will help with the generation of creative ideas for imaginative fiction. 10-4:30. $60.
