Chatham county Senior Centers are not “Beltone Hearing Care Centers”

Pittsboro, NC - It has come to my attention that Beltone Hearing Aids has been publishing the addresses of the Chatham County Senior Centers in Pittsboro and Siler City in national directories as “Beltone Hearing Care Centers.” This is a misrepresentation.

The intent of the Council on Aging was to offer professional hearing screenings to older adults, not to function as retail hearing aid sites nor to engage in commerce.

Beltone will no longer be utilizing the Chatham Senior Centers.

We will continue to provide this service to our community through a Chatham non-profit organization. If you have any questions or any issues that need to be resolved, please contact me.
