Pittsboro, NC - RE/MAX Southern Advantage, a Chatham County real estate firm announced the sale of Premier Motorsports Building; the deal represents one of the largest improved commercial sale in Chatham County to date.
Barrett Powell, President of Southern Advantage said, “We are thrilled to have been able to make this deal. It represents a tremendous step forward for Chatham County, helping to equalize our business environment with our more mature neighboring counties.”
The firm recently opened a New Homes Division, as well as a Commercial Division, and plans are in the works to open to new sales offices by the end of 2007.
