No surprises, no hassles with Signature Auto Solutions

Pittsboro, NC - Cecil Webster and Chad Bolejack have known each other since they were boys. The two met Wayne Kelly when they all worked at Cecil’s family’s former dealership, Webster Chevrolet.

When the Webster family sold their dealership, all three men went their separate ways. Chad went to work as a sales manager at Siler City Chevrolet. Wayne started working car sales through the Internet for other auto dealers in the area. Cecil got into the real estate business.

Now the three local guys have gotten back together to offer a local alternative shopping solution for pre-owned vehicles.

They are all excited about their new business venture.

Chad, a Pittsboro native and partner in the venture, states that “We wanted to be in Pittsboro. It’s our town, it’s our people. A lot of our customers are local.”

The three believe the car buying public has gotten tired of the same old way of doing business.

“Customers hate the hassle, hate not getting a price,” Wayne noted. “How can you buy a car if the salesman won’t even give you a price?”

“We strive for no surprises with Signature Auto,” added Chad.

Wayne Kelly, Internet Sales Manager, created the store’s web site.

The site provides customers with:

· More ease and convenience finding the automobile information that they want

· More accurate and complete information when potential customers want it

· Better quality digital photos that show a vehicle’s overall appearance and condition

· Better and more consistent pricing that is more in line with today’s online market values

· More efficient dealer processes online and on-the-lot geared towards today’s “no-hassle” and “no-pressure” approach to car buying

Wayne has set up similar successful sites for a Fayetteville Ford dealership and Toyota of Sanford.

Signature Auto Solutions uses the Internet to draw customers into the county, which is good for the local economy. They had a customer come in from Macon Georgia for a vehicle they had spotted on the auto web site.

Cecil Webster

Cecil Webster, the other partner adds, “Our goal is to concentrate on this location and make it the best it can be. Big is not always better. We don’t want to lose the personal touch. With the Internet we can pull people in from all over.”

The store concentrates on makes and models that people want to drive and are popular. Currently the staff is concentrating on vehicles that get good gas mileage and are about two to seven years old.

Ronnie Henderson

Ronnie Henderson is the team member that details all the automobiles and puts very clean vehicles on the lot. A local third party mechanic inspects the vehicles for mechanical problems.

This allows Signature Auto to provide better dealer warranty coverage; at least a 3-month / 3,000 mile limited warranty protection. They also offer extended mechanical protection warranties.

The store offers CARFAX reports on their vehicles. A CARFAX report contains information that can help customers make a smarter buying decision about a used car or truck.

To further facilitate the buying process Signature Auto offers a broad spectrum of competitive financing to take care of all needs.

As local business owners, the group plans to be an integral part of the community. Chad mentioned that Signature Auto had already committed to supporting the Northwood athletic program.
