Shakori Hills GrassRoots Festival to unveil new dance tent[Oct. 8, 2009] Drive out into the country, past Pittsboro on Henderson Tanyard Road, as you pass a nice horse pasture and just before you start seeing signs that say "festival" with arrows pointing down the drive, something else stands out just beyond those trees. Through the branches of the trees that line the back of the pasture, a large white and yellow thing emerges.
