The University of North Carolina men's basketball team will play host to William and Mary on Tuesday, March 16, at 9:30 p.m. in Carmichael Arena in the opening round of the 2010 National Invitation Tournament.

The Tar Heels will face seventh-seeded Georgia Tech, which swept the season series with Carolina this year. Carolina leads the series, 60-22, but has a 4-4 record against the Yellow Jackets in the ACC Tournament. Carolina has an 84-38 ACC Tournament record and is 32-13 in Greensboro, winning eight ACC Tournaments there.
